Barista / Mixologist

A creative, detail-driven Barista / Mixologist , focused on crafting memorable coffee, cocktail and specialty beverage experiences for guests.
What you'll own
- —Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, cocktail and specialty beverages to the highest standard
- —Develop and innovate beverage menus in line with the brand's identity and guest preferences
- —Keep the bar counter, brewing equipment and guest service areas clean before, during and after sessions
- —Carry out accurate stock counts, report inventory levels and minimise wastage
- —Calibrate and maintain coffee machines, cocktail tools and bar equipment
- —Serve beverages and light refreshments professionally and courteously
- —Stay attentive to guest preferences, dietary requirements and feedback
- —Help set up, clear and reset bar areas for events and experiences
- —Work closely with the service team and experience staff
What we need from you
- —Proven experience as a Barista, Mixologist or Bartender in a café, bar, hotel, restaurant or events setting
- —Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, cocktail making and beverage presentation
- —Creativity and interest in menu development
- —High standards of personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance
- —Good customer service and communication skills
- —Ability to manage stock and keep accurate counts and records
- —Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, including extended hours for events
- —Ability to work well in a team and follow SOPs
- —Barista or mixology certification is an added advantage
