We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of a leading diagnostic centre in Surulere. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize revenue and cost management, and support the organization's long-term growth through sound financial planning and analysis.

What you'll own

—Key Responsibilities
—Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy in line with business objective.
—Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
—Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management and the Board.
—Monitor revenue cycles, billing processes, receivables, and operational costs to improve profitability.
—Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry standards.
—Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and risk management systems.
—Supervise the finance, accounts, billing, and procurement teams.
—Manage relationships with banks, auditors, HMOs, regulatory agencies, and other financial stakeholders.
—Lead annual audits and coordinate statutory financial reporting.
—Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business expansion.
—Develop financial policies, procedures, and performance dashboards.

What we need from you

—Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
—ACA, ACCA, or ICAN qualification is mandatory.
—MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is an added advantage.
—Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
—Previous experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or healthcare organization is highly preferred.
—Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
—Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
